Brittany Waterman is a proud native Houstonian whose passion is real estate in all its forms. Brittany helps clients sell, purchase or lease single-family homes, townhomes, high-rises, and apartments in all price ranges in neighborhoods throughout the city. A resident of the Heights, she focuses particularly on inner-Loop and close-in areas from Meyerland and Bellaire to The Heights and near Northside.

A Realtor® since 2010, Brittany is a consistent top producer and holds Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designations. She emphasizes her experience as a Houston Realtor who really knows the city, and her forte is making the entire real estate process fun and as stress-free as possible for her clients.

Brittany is a committed community volunteer who encourages her clients to get involved in their neighborhoods as well. “I love to get my clients started in helping out their communities,” Brittany says. “It’s helpful and meaningful, and it’s a way for them to make new friends, especially if they are new to Houston. My clients usually become my friends as well. My family always asks me when a new client will become part of our family.”

Confident, patient, level-headed, and caring, Brittany grows with her clients as they move through the different stages of their lives, a process she calls being their “Realtor® for Life.” Early in her career, Brittany received a piece of advice that she continues to follow: “Live by the ‘Do Right’ doctrine and you will succeed.”

A graduate of the University of Houston, Brittany’s family owned a property-management company and real estate has always been a part of her life. She officially transitioned into the industry after working as an event planner, an experience that taught her to pay attention to every detail, be ready to turn on a dime, and understand that clients’ requirements and schedules come first.

A past chair of Bayou Buddies, a young professionals’ organization supporting the Buffalo Bayou Partnership, Brittany’s current commitments include VP of the St. Agnes Alumni Association; co-chair of CYCLE (Changing Young Children’s Lives through Education) Young Professionals’ group; and an assistant captain of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Calf Scramble Committee.

When not working, Brittany enjoys spending time with her husband, and kids Sawyer and Mason, taking their dogs on walks, and eating her way through Houston’s cuisine scene.
